1. The love of fast food and semi-finished products

2. Smoking
If you are a smoker, then you know how difficult it is to give up this bad habit. The main thing here is the motivation. If you stop smoking, your body will be able to restore. Blood pressure will quickly return to normal, and the risk of cancer decreases with each passing year. 3. Rejection of sports

Social activity is one of the ways to extend your life. Communication helps you to control your emotions, reduce stress and even strengthen the immune system. Good relations with others make you stronger, but on the contrary, quarrels cause the depression and can lead to heart attacks. It can be difficult to maintain social ties if you are depressed, you lost a loved one, or live away from family and friends. However, you can always find new friends.

6. Wrong sleep regime
Your well-being depends on the amount and quality of sleep. Scientific research confirms that a lack of sleep (less than 6 hours per day), as well as an excess of it (more than 9 hours) can lead to premature death. Healthy sound sleep helps to cope with stress, depression, and supports normal heart function.

7. Constant stress
Just as anger, stress is bad for health and it shortens life significantly. Overcoming stress, you will improve your quality of life and its duration. Try to read a journal, meditate, learn to relax. Even a very brief meditation in the workplace can give your brain a mini-vacation.
