Fat Burner Drink Recipe For Quick Weight Loss

Here is a weight loss drink recipe i stumbled upon during my trial and error days, it hit me one day when a friend of mine was like, hey what have you been doing, you are getting so thin that one day you will disappear and i was like really, then i remembered i had been drinking a concoction, although not that complex, very simple you can start drinking it tonight .

The concoction was made up of just 4 everyday items we use daily or could use easily.

Recipe

  • Green Tea
  • Berry Tea
  • Lemon
  • Ginger
  • Honey

Green Tea

This is a fat burning tea which has been proven times with out numbers, green tea contains substances that can help you lose fat one of such substance is caffeine, a stimulant that aids fat burning during the performance of exerices, another substance is a potent antioxidant called catechins, another is EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate) a substance that boosts metabolism

Either or a combination of Acai berry, raspberry or blueberry will do, berries work on the body’s metabolism by boosting the break down of fat cells, and they also help you lose existing fats during exercises. Berry tea works almost somewhat the same as green tea but they come with more potent antioxidants which help take your weight loss to another level

Ginger

This is a herb that is known for treating minor ailments like cold, sore throats and the likes, but it is also a good blood circulation herb, it helps the body absorb nutrients faster and quicker, any supplement or drink that has ginger in it will work faster because the ginger will ensure that the ingredients enter into the blood stream quicker.

Honey

Well this is supposed to be a sweetener for the recipe, but honey contains nutrients such as protein, water, fiber, sugar and various vitamins and minerals like sodium, potassium, phosphorus and calcium, it does not increase body weight in anyway rather when mixed with honey it boosts liver function and fat metabolism

Lemon

Great for detoxing, and can act as a mild natural diuretic, lemon also helps improve the digestive system and encourages the liver to function properly

So a combination of these 5 ingredients will give you a surefire recipe for weight loss if you drink it religious 3 times a day

How to prepare

  • Boil a water in a kettle or pot
  • Make the green tea and berry tea separately in different cups
  • Juice the lemon
  • Grate a little piece of ginger
  • When the tea is cool enough or warm
  • Pour into a blender, pour the lemon juice as well and the ginger bits and add honey
  • Then blend
  • Pour into a jug or big cup and drink

Note: You can do this in large bits and store in the refrigerator. You can make the drink for the next day the night before and store
